Podjęto próbę wykorzystania metody Monte Carlo do symulacji wpływu czynników systematycznych i losowych na wartości liczbowe złożonych mezurandów. Takich mezurandów, jakimi są wymiary geometryczne mierzone metodą pośrednią, za pomocą współrzędnościowych maszyn pomiarowych. Zaprojektowano eksperyment symulacyjny oraz opracowano jego implementację w środowisku MATLAB. Zaprezentowano wstępne wyniki symulacji uzyskane za pomocą tego eksperymentu.

There was made an attempt to use the Monte Carlo method to simulate the impact of systematic and random factors into numerical values of complex measurands. Such measurands as geometric dimensions are measured with use of coordinate measuring machines by indirect methods. The corresponding mathematical model, which was built, allows the simulation study of the impact of systematic and random factors on the calculated value of the defined geometric dimension. The uncertainty of the calculated values of measurand was assumed to be a measure of the sensitivity of the developed mathematical model to the systematic and random variations in numerical values of coordinates. The uncertainty was calculated as the length of the adequate range of variation in the distribution of the results obtained from simulation calculations. The algorithms used for simulation tests were developed and implemented as scripts in the MATLAB environment. The results of preliminary simulation studies are presented in the paper. The publication is the result of the next stage of authors' collaboration, aimed at developing the standardized methods for validation of coordinate measuring machines, their software in particular.
