Transport equipment (transport infrastructure and suprastructure), offer service and its organization can be considered as basic condition of development of the transport services accessibility in the region. Proper organization can increase the integration between transport modes, making the arrival time of one mode of transport and departure of the second is acceptable to the passenger. For the passenger it is also important to integrate the tariff system as a basis for the implementation of the joint ticket. Apart from transport conditions important place in the development of transport services accessibility play factors beyond transport. It comprises issues relating to the fi nancing of regional transport and legal conditions. Important in this regard seems to be the Law on collective public transport. As relevant to the issue of transport services accessibility can be considered to defi ne the carriage of general interest as a universally accessible transport service for public transport, performed by the operator to meet the current and continuing transportation needs.
