W pracy przedstawiono opis metod zbierania danych w systemach produkcyjnych w celu kontroli i raportowania przepływu produkcji. Zastosowane metody zbierania danych to technologie rozpoznawania obrazów, RFiD oraz kodów paskowych. Zbierane są także dane z sensorów aparatury automatyki przemysłowej. Zaprezentowano opis stanowiska do monitoringu systemów produkcyjnych, integrującego te technologie. Komunikacja z systemami warstwy biznesowej jest realizowana za pośrednictwem technologii OPC. Zebrane dane są analizowane i prezentowane w systemie klasy MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), skąd mogą być dalej wysyłane do zintegrowanych systemów wspomagających działanie przedsiębiorstwa ERP, co pozwala na sprawne zarządzanie przedsiębiorstwem na podstawie aktualnych danych.

This paper presents methods of automatic data acquisition from production systems for control and reporting of it. Vision systems, RFiD technology and bar codes technology are here used, as well as collecting data from sensors of manufacturing control devices and built-in sensors. Automatic post designed for production systems in-line monitoring, integrating these technologies was presented. Communication with business - layer systems is realized by OPC technology. Collected information is analyzed and presented in MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and can by relayed to integrated enterprise management systems ERP. This connection allows for reliable and efficient enterprise management basing on up-to-date information.

The paper presents a prototype system for automatic data acquisition and analysis of student's progress based on assessment of the work papers. The instructor saves the points aquired by the students at the classes. Then software makes an analyze of collected data. Presented prototype package provides both an analysis of assessment cards as well as their generation. The package uses an implementation of the OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) algorithm. The software was developed in MATLAB.

The paper presents a proposition regarding telemetric data transfer in terms of prompt identification of information records used in algorithms, in particular distributed control systems that support quality control and renewable energy distribution. The presented results include the selected elements of the project in terms of basic works related to archiving and prompt identification of electric signals. The conducted studies indicated high efficiency of data identification on the basis of agglomeration of a large number of IEPN information records.

W artykule przedstawiono propozycję mającą wspomagać zarządzanie wybranymi elementami wytwarzania i dystrybucji energii elektrycznej, w szczególności kontroli jakości energii dostarczanej do odbiorców końcowych. Prezentowane wyniki obejmują wybrane elementy projektu w ramach prac podstawowych w kontekście archiwizacji i szybkiej identyfikacji sygnałów elektrycznych. Przeprowadzone badania wskazują na wysoką skuteczność identyfikacji stanu i jakości energii na podstawie aglomeracji bardzo dużej liczby pakietów informacyjnych.

In this paper the proposal of a telemetry system is presented. The main goal of the work is multiposition systems of computer science, integration dispersed database servers and other functionalities. The proposed system can support the distribution of electricity. Investigations indicate the high efficiency of the identification of the state and the quality of the energy on the basis the agglomeration of the very large number of information records.
