Any automatic system contains two main United opposite parallel functional parts: the object of the regulation and automatic controller. On the static and dynamic characteristics and parameters of the object of regulation is chosen to him regulator. In the automatic system of regulation of frequency of rotation of a shaft diesel power plant (DPP) object functions, regulation perform diesel and Assembly of its loading. In scientific and technical literature on the regulation of the internal combustion engine there is no information on the static characteristics and parameters of DPP as an object of regulation of frequency of rotation of a shaft. First presented technique graphic-analytical methods of calculation of static characteristics and parameters of the DPP as an object of regulation of frequency of rotation of a shaft and static characteristics (which essentially nonlinear) and parameters of diesel-generator type 10Д100 locomotive 2Э10М. We offer to develop the auto-adaptive self-tuning system of regulation of frequency of rotation of a shaft DPP.
