Horrebrow-Talcott method observations of latitude changes have been performed in WUT Astrogeodetic Observatory in Józefosław since 1959. Results were recalculated using positions and proper motions from HIPPARCOS Catalogue and present IAU standards because of errors in declination corrections and Iow accuracy of proper motions from old catalogues. Quality of data has been distinctly improved. The value of micrometer screw revolution was also corrected. Now there are no magnification of annual term with time. We calculate subsequently mean latitude, theoretical (so called "calculatio") latitude, 0-C term and main periodic terms in both). We gain mean latitude, secular trend, annual and semi-annual change of 0-C term and precision assessment. Residuals were object of spectral analysis in search for long term and seasonal part. This paper presents preliminary results of such computations.
