Content available remote Historyczne aspekty zabezpieczenia logistycznego działań sił morskich
PL
W artykule przedstawiono wybrane aspekty historycznej analizy procesu ewolucji szeroko postrzeganego zabezpieczenia logistycznego działań okrętów na morzu w epoce: wioseł, żagli, pary i ropy naftowej.

Human activities at sea to a much greater extent dependent upon securing the logistics-go, than those on land. Over the centuries, the scale and scope of logistic activities purse-shapes was changing, it was caused by m.in .: development of weapons ship, increasing the number of crew members on ships, marine equipment changes, the residence time of ships at sea and the region of swimming. The article presents selected aspects of the historical analysis of the evolutionary process widely perceived logistical operations of ships at sea in the age: oars, sails, steam and oil naf-evaporator. It is worth noting that every era had specific logistics challenges, which have to meet the people responsible for this facet of the naval forces. Based on the analysis contained in the article it can be concluded that it really changed over the centuries underwent only the scale of the necessary actions, and not the nature of logistical naval forces.

Postindustrial era (postmodernity) is characterized by the accumulated variability of management conditions. It concerns the implementation of all management functions in practical and theoretical terms. The relatively young age of management science as a separate discipline causes, on the one hand, that a lot of publications, concepts and ideas are produced and, on the other hand, there are difficulties in verification of their real value. Demand for ideas on how to ensure the development of organizations in terms of competitiveness and thickening the variability of action is also generated by business practice. As a result, there is constant verification of theories (and pratheories) and the practical solutions of management. The study contains an analysis of the sustainability of principles and paradigms as well as the causes and scope of the theory and practice of management.

Astrogeodetic Observatory of the Institute of Geodesy and Geodetic Astronomy of the Warsaw University of Technology in Jozefoslaw was incorporated in 1957. In 1991 it was joined to the International GPS Service for Geodynamics (IGS) and started to operate as a permanent one in 1993. Since then the following permanent services have been maintained:GPS observations using Trimble and Turbo Rogue receivers, tidal gravimetric observations with La Coste & Romberg model gravimeter and meteorological observations. Since 1995 WUT Local Analysis Centre, one of the 11local analysis centres acting in Europe, has started the systematic day-to-day processing of the selected number of European sites in the frame of the EUREF network, processes national and international GPS campaigns (CEGRN, EXTENDED SAGET etc.) models ionosphere and troposphere parameters, compute tidal components and changes of the vertical according to astrometrical and gravimetric measurements. For last four years the Centre has processed and analysed many of scientific researches carried out in within the confines of the Central European Initiative (CEI). This paper presents current state of the art of the Observatory`s activities. It deals with the acting of it and participating of the WUT Local Analysis Centre to the international scientific projects.

One of the main objectives of the second phase of the Project CERGOP-2 (Central Europe Regional Geodynamics Project) is to continue studies on geotectonic regions of Central Europe. A special study group CSG.5 "Geotectonic analysis of the region of Central Europe" was established in 1999 to coordinate the geodynamic research in the frame of the project CERGOP. There are several groups of scientists carrying out the research on particular regions of Europe. A spectacular evident achievement of such a work within the second phase of the Project CERGOP-2 was the publication of two volumes of geotectonic monographs on two Bulgarian regions Krupnik-Kresna and Chirpan-Plovdiv related to the earthquakes occurred in 1904 and 1928. The monographs were published in 2000 in the series REPORTS ON GEODESY edited by the Institute of Geodesy and Geodetic Astronomy of the Warsaw University of Technology Poland. This is the nice example of joint work of Bulgarian scientists -geodesists, geologists and geophysicists. The paper contains a short outline of the new organisation of geodynamic research within the project CERGOP (Central Europe Regional Geodynamics Project) and the contents of both Bulgarian monographs.
