Analysis of methods for determining the correction of the quadrant elevation angle in units equipped with DANA 152 mm self-propelled howitzers

This paper presents a procedure for determining the angle of quadrant elevation of the barrel tube axis, with particular emphasis on methods for calculating the elevation correction based on the target and firing position elevation difference for units equipped with the DANA 152 mm self-propelled howitzer. The paper considers methods for determining the quadrant elevation angle correction using both the initial and final elements of the projectile’s trajectory. The paper includes a comparison of the results of determining the angle of quadrant elevation calculated using different methods. Additionally, it addresses the problem of determining the quadrant elevation angle correction for the DANA 152 mm self-propelled howitzer during high-angle fire.

W artykule przedstawiono procedurę określania kąta podniesienia osi przewodu lufy ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem sposobów określania poprawki kąta podniesienia lufy na różnicę wysokości celu i stanowiska ogniowego dla pododdziałów wyposażonych w 152 mm armatohaubicę samobieżną (ahs) DANA. Praca uwzględnia sposoby określania poprawki kąta podniesienia z wykorzystaniem początkowych i końcowych elementów toru lotu. Artykuł zawiera porównanie wyników określania kąta podniesienia lufy obliczonych różnymi sposobami. Przedstawiono również rozwiązanie problemu określania poprawki kąta podniesienia dla 152 mm armatohaubicy samobieżnej DANA w trakcie strzelania górną grupą kątów.
