Jednym z zadań logistyki jest zapewnienie efektywnego przepływu surowców z punktu pochodzenia do punktu konsumpcji. Realizacja tych zadań wiąże się z użytkowaniem maszyn roboczych. Oprócz maszyn realizujących transport surowców użytkowane są także maszyny realizujące załadunek jak np. koparki. Wytwarzanie węzłów konstrukcyjnych maszyn roboczych wymaga zastosowania procesu spawania łukowego, które wprowadza do konstrukcji naprężenia własne mogące przekraczać granicę plastyczności. W artykule przedstawiona została metoda zmniejszania naprężeń własnych w spoinach połączeń przegubowych przez przeciążenie. Naprężenia własne po spawaniu osiągające 1.14 Re udało się zmniejszyć do 0.81 Re po przeciążeniu siłą 106 kN oraz do 0.58 Re po przeciążeniu siłą 150 kN. Przeciążenie wpływa najbardziej na zmniejszenie się składowej wzdłużnej tensora naprężeń. Obliczenia procesu spawania oraz przeciążenia wykonane zostały przy użyciu oprogramowania MSC Marc oraz MSC Patran z wykorzystaniem metody elementów skończonych.

One of the tasks of logistics is to ensure the effective flow of raw materials from point of origin to point of consumption. Realization of these tasks involves the use of building machines. In addition to the machines performing transportation of raw materials, loading machines such as excavators are also used. Production of construction joints of building machines require the use of arc welding processes. Welding causes high level residual stresses which can exceed the yield stress. This article presents method of decreasing residual stresses in welds of the articulated excavator joints by overloading. Residual stresses after welding process, which reach 1.14 Re have been reduced to 0.81 Re after overloading with force 106 kN and to 0.58 Re after overloading with force 150 kN. Overloading influence the most decrease of longitudinal residual stress. Analysis of welding process and overloading has been performed using MSC Marc and MSC Patran finite element software.

A robot manipulator is a multi-articulated mechanical system, in which each articulation is driven individually by an electric actuator. As the most used robot in industrial application, this system needs an efficient control strategy such as the classical PID control law by means of which each articulation is controlled independently. This kind of control presents a lot of inconvenient, such as error of each articulation isn’t taken account into others. In this work we present a Multi Input Multi Output (MIMO) PID controller to ensure the articulation robot control strategy, the results obtained present satisfactory and shows clearly the efficiency of the present PID-MIMO controller.

Articulatory parameters in consonant production after tumour surgery: a real-time MRI investigation

This study introduces a technique used in clinical research of speech production for the first time: real-time magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Our goal was to show the clinical relevance of the use of real-time MRI in speech production. Based on the MRI recordings, four parameters of consonant production were tested: (1) localisation of minimal distance, (2) length of constriction, (3) minimum distance and (4) difference of minimum and maximum distance in front of the uvular region. In the preoperative analysis, parameters (1), (2), and (3) are ranked for the sounds /l/, /s/, /S/, and /x/ from minimum to maximum and parameter (4) inversely. The postoperative results show that this hierarchy is only maintained for parameter (3): minimum distance. The postoperative outcome regarding the other parameters becomes unsystematic depending on the severity of the impairment.

Artykulacja jest operacją, wystepującą w systemie pomiarowym, której zadaniem jest wyszczególnienie przedmiotu pomiaru (dziedziny) w celu dokonania jego pomiaru. Zagadnienie ma tu wymiar czysto metodologiczny i zakres jedynie prezentacyjny, mający za cel zasygnalizowanie badanego zjawiska. Proponujemy dwie możliwości definiowania pojęcia przedmiotu pomiaru: klasyczny i systemowy. Z przyjęciem każdego systemu wiążą się określone konsekwencje metodologiczno-poznawcze. Na pierwsze miejsce wysuwa sie w nich relatywność pomiaru, rozumiana jako kolejne narażenie wyniku pomiaru na niezbędny jemu błąd. Są to zagadnienia czysto teoretyczne, należące do dziedziny zwanej metrologią teoretyczną, konieczną ze swej istoty do uporządkowania pojęciowego zagadnień jakościowo-ilościowych, będących przedmiotem materialnym samej dziedziny naukowej, jaką jest metrologia.

Articulation is the operation in the measuration system, which role is to itemize the subject of measuration in order to measure it. The issue has the methodological assessment and prezentation field, which aim is to signalize examined occurence. We propose 2 possibilities of the subject definition: classical and systemous.
