Właściwości systemów areologicznych a właściwości rdzeni, warstw wierzchnich i powłok

Podano historię pojęć „areologia” i system areologiczny”, omówiono rodzaje systemów areologicznych i areoelementy (rdzeń, warstwa wierzchnia, powłoka) oraz ich właściwości. Teoretycznie i doświadczalnie udowodniono, że właściwości areoelementów nie powinno się utożsamiać z właściwościami systemów areologicznych, gdyż – w ogólnym przypadku – są one wartościowo inne.

The story of notion “areology” and “areological system” were done, the kinds of areological systems and areoelements (core, surface layer, coatings) and theirs properties have been described. Theoretically and experimentally proved that the properties of areoelements are not identical as the properties of areological systems, because – in general case – they are valuable others.

Na tle rozwoju tematyki synergizmu w świecie, przedstawiono polskie prace w tym zakresie. W szczególności dla obszaru areologii – jako propozycje autorskie – sformułowano uogólnioną definicję synergizmu, systemu areologicznego i współczynnika oddziaływania (synergizmu, neutralizmu, antogonizmu) elementów systemu areologicznego. Omówiono potencjalne i użytkowe właściwości części maszyn i narzędzi. Przedstawiono wybrane wartości liczbowe współczynnika synergizmu niektórych technologii areologicznych. Zaprezentowano jego wykorzystanie w projektowaniu i ocenie procesów technologicznych wytwarzania i użytkowania.

On the phone theme of synergism in the world, polish works were presented. Particularly for areology – as authors propositions – general definition: the synergism; the areological system and influence coefficient (synergism, neutralism, antagonism) of areological system elements were formulated. A potentials and usable properties of machine elements and tools were described. Selected values of synergism coefficient of some areological technologies were presented and his use in design of processes of manufacturing and exploitation were proposed.

Podano przedmiot i zadania tribologii i areologii, omówiono związki między nimi oraz pojęcia systemów tribologicznych i areologicznych. Przedstawiono różnice między właściwościami elementów systemu a właściwościami systemu oraz funkcjonalne kompozycje systemów. Zaproponowano pojęcia współczynnika oddziaływania systemu tribologicznego i systemu areologicznego dla właściwości systemów oraz współczynniki synergizmu, neutralizmu i antagonizmu.

Tribology and areology matter, tasks and the relations between tribology and areology were studied and the ideas of a tribological and areological system was discussed. The differences between the properties of system elements and properties of system and systems funcional compositions were presented. The idea of an influence coefficient of a tribological system and an areological system for system properties and the coefficient of synergism, neutralism and antagonism were proposed.

Na tle nauki o eksploatacji urządzeń technicznych podkreślono znaczenie wprowadzonego przez autora wcześniej pojęcia systemu areologicznego. Wprowadzono pojęcie elementarnego systemu eksploatacji, elementarnego systemu areologicznego bezpowłokowego i powłokowego. Omówiono rolę otoczenia w systemie eksploatacji. Podano 3 elementarne modele systemu eksploatacji. Omówiono problem odporności i trwałości eksploatacyjnej.

On the ground of exploitation of technical installation - the role of earier by author introduced notion of areological system was underlined. The notion of elementary exploitation system and elementary areological system withount coating and with coating was introduced. The character of environment in exploitation system was discussed. Three elementary models of exploitation system was given. The problem of exploitation resistance and exploitation durability was described.

W pracy przedstawiono metodologię obróbki cieplnej oraz cieplnochemicznej, i badań tribologicznych oraz wyniki badań zużycia tribologicznego kilku typowych systemów areologicznych: stalowy rdzeń-dyfuzyjna warstwa wierzchnia w funkcji prędkości tarcia, nacisków powierzchniowych i twardości warstwy wierzchniej. Rdzeniami były niektóre stale konstrukcyjne i narzędziowe poddawane typowej dla nich obróbce cieplnej i cieplnochemicznej. Podano również wyniki badań zużycia tribologicznego systemu areologicznego: stal 45-warstwa wierzchnia azotowana gazowo - bez następnej modyfikacji i z następną modyfikacją przez obróbkę cieplną zwykłą.

In this report are presented: methodology of heat treatment and thermochemical treatment, tribological researches and results of tribological wear for some typical areological systems: core of steel-diffusion superficial layer in function speed, unit pressures and hardness of superficial layer. A core was same constructional and tool steels treated by typical heat treatment and thermochemical treatment. The results of tribological wear of areological system: steel 45-superficial gaseous nitriding layer - without follow modification and with follow modification by normal heat treatment also are given.
