The model of risk management, which was presented in this paper, is focused on using chances and increasing effidency of project managament. Relying on experience, we can say that during the process of projects realisation, performers arę focused especially on searching science subjects, which may become a beginning of new projects. Accepting new challenges gives the workers possibility of financial and intellectual development. Coming up to expectations gives the institute stability of high-qualified personnel and attracts new talents. Reliability of project realisation and good substantial notes for work, publications and presentations on conferences guarantee competitivness. Accepted model of using chances in the science development of employees gave the results- the Science Council got authorization to give doctoral and postdoctoral degrees.
