The aim of this work is an experimental analysis of velocity of two phase flow and irregularity of flow in parallel collaborating channel on entire length of conduit. The experimental work was conducted with the aid of digital image processing. Cross correlation function was the basic parameter for process course and allowed for estimation of velocity of two phase flow.

The paper presents a problem of the flow irregularity in a multi-pipe apparatus using the digital image processing method. The grey level value of recordings obtained in gas - liquid flow was a basic parameter for process investigation and allowed one to identify two-phase flow structures. The research results were presented on a flow map.

The paper presents the problem of the irregularity of flow in multi-pipe apparatus. The work was realized with the use of digital image processing. Two phase air-water flow was registered by fast CMOS video camera. Flow structures were defined on the basis of visual methods. The results of research were presented on the basis of two kinds of flow regime maps.
