The survey of antiproton accumulator ring at Fermilab

This paper discusses the design, observation and analysis of a control network used to locate the Antiproton Accumulator. Ring using laser tracter and electronic level technology during the fall of 1999. A brief overview of Fermilab and the function of the antiproton accumulator are given. A description of the Fermilab global control network and the details of transferring this network into the antiproton tunnel will follow. The design configuration and observational proceduress used to measure the network along with the simultaneous as founding of the 176 components will be discussed in detail. The adjustment of the network and transformation of the as-found components will be followed by the techniques used to best fit the components to the ideal orbit configuration for future aligment consideration.

Przedstawiono projekt , technologię pomiaru i analizę dokładności osnowy geodezyjnej wykorzystywanej do lokalizacji cyklotronu antyprotonowego . Pomiary wykonano jesienią 1999 r. z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych technik laserowych i elektronicznych. Podano także krótki opis Laboratorium Fermiego oraz cyklotronu antyprotonowego. Opisano osnowę podstawową oraz sposób nawiązania do niej osnowy szczegółowej, założonej w tunelu antyprotonowym. Szczegółowo przedyskutowano procedury pomiarowe, wyrównanie oraz transformacje wyników.
