W artykule omówiono specyfikę bojowego i operacyjnego wykorzystania wojsk obrony przeciwlotniczej wojsk lądowych Sił Zbrojnych Ukrainy podczas agresji Federacji Rosyjskiej na Ukrainę w latach 2022–2024. Określono determinanty bojowego wykorzystania rakietowych i artyleryjskich pododdziałów przeciwlotniczych oraz mechanizm ich oddziaływania. Zwrócono uwagę na potrzebę zapewnienia obrony przed takimi środkami napadu powietrznego jak bezzałogowe statki powietrzne. Wskazano formy i sposoby prowadzenia działań bojowych różniące się organizacją dowodzenia i kierowania oraz stawiania rozkazów bojowych. Podkreślono znaczenie organizacji zasadzek przeciwlotniczych z uwzględnieniem manewru i maskowania, a także bojowego wykorzystania mobilnych przeciwlotniczych grup ogniowych jako elementu zwalczania przeciwnika powietrznego. Zaproponowano budowę systemu obrony powietrznej wojsk lądowych z wykorzystaniem doświadczeń z trwającego konfliktu.

The article discusses the specifics of the combat and operational use of anti-aircraft units of the Land Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces during the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine in 2022-2024. The articles defines determinants of combat use of the anti-aircraft missile and artillery units and their counteracting mechanisms. The need to ensure defense against such air warfare means as unmanned aerial vehicles is also emphasized. The article also identifies the main forms and methods of conducting combat operations, which differ in the methods of organizing command and control as well as issuing combat orders. Particular attention is paid to the organization of anti-aircraft ambushes, with emphasis on maneuvers and camouflage. The articles also presents the combat use of mobile anti-aircraft fire groups as an element of combating the air enemy. The article proposes building an air defense system of the land forces based on the experience earned in the ongoing conflict.

Evaluation and choice of anti-aircraft missile weapon systems (AAMWSs) are a relevant problem in many countries. Estimates are often reduced to one top-level criterion. This is questionable since subordinated criteria are usually difficult to compare and decision-makers excluded from the final decision. The solution to the problem should also take into account non-statistical uncertainty. We propose to use a combination of two algorithms. The first algorithm calculates the estimates of AAMWSs in the criteria hierarchy using fuzzy-integral calculus. The hierarchy relates the characteristics of the AAMWSs to the three top-level criteria. In the space of these criteria, the second algorithm based on hierarchical clustering forms a class of the best AAMWSs equivalent to each other. The decision-maker makes the final choice from the obtained class, taking into account non-formalized factors. These algorithms are tested using the example of medium-range AAMWSs.
