Content available remote The special atom space and Haar wavelets in higher dimensions
EN
In this note, we will revisit the special atom space introduced in the early 1980s by Geraldo De Souza and Richard O’Neil. In their introductory work and in later additions, the space was mostly studied on the real line. Interesting properties and connections to spacessuch as Orlicz, Lipschitz, Lebesgue, and Lorentz spaces made these spaces ripe for exploration in higherdimensions. In this article, we extend this definition to the plane and space and show that almost all the interesting properties such as their Banach structure, Hölder’s-type inequalities, and duality are preserved. In particular, dual spaces of special atom spaces are natural extension of Lipschitz and generalized Lipschitz spaces of functions in higher dimensions. We make the point that this extension could allow for the study of a wide range of problems including a connection that leads to what seems to be a new definition of Haar functions, Haar wavelets, and wavelets on the plane and on the space.

Air leakage of auxiliary ventilation ducting systems is the most common reason for the insufficient fresh air in the working face in underground mine. This value is important design parameter for mine auxiliary ventilation system that operates more effectively, with lower cost. Therefore, determination of air leakage along auxiliary ventilation ducting systems has been examined. Also, factors which affect air leakage in the ducting system have been investigated. Experimental data are made on 0.7 m and 1 m diameter ducts over sections of ducts installing towards the working face in Quang Ninh mine.

Content available remote A functionally-analytic method for modeling axial-symmetric flows of ideal fluid
EN
We consider axial-symmetric stationary flows of the ideal incompressible fluid as an important case of potential solenoid fields. We use an integral expression of the Stokes flow function via the corresponding complex analytic function for solving a boundary value problem with respect to a steady streamline of the ideal incompressible fluid along an axial-symmetric body. We describe the solvability of the problem in terms of the singularities of the mentioned complex analytic function. The obtained results are illustrated by concrete examples of modelling of steady axial-symmetric flows.

We investigate the third Hankel determinant problem for some starlike functions in the open unit disc, that are related to shell-like curves and connected with Fibonacci numbers. For this, firstly, we prove a conjecture, posed in [17], for sharp upper bound of second Hankel determinant. In the sequel, we obtain another sharp coefficient bound which we apply in solving the problem of the third Hankel determinant for these functions.

In this work we define a new operator using the extended generalized Sălăgean operator and extended Ruscheweyh operator. Denote by DRm,nλ the Hadamard product of the extended generalized Sălăgean operator Dmλ and extended Ruscheweyh operator Rn, given by DRm,nλ : [...] is the class of normalized analytic functions with [...]. The purpose of this paper is to introduce sufficient conditions for strong differential subordination and strong differential superordination involving the operator DRm,nλ and also to obtain sandwich-type results.

The main object of the present paper is to investigate problems of majorization for certain classes of analytic functions of complex order defined by an operator related to the modified Bessel functions of first kind. These results are obtained by investigating appropriate class of admissible functions. Various known or new special cases of our results are.

In this paper, we obtain some applications of first order differential subordination and superordination results involving certain linear operator and other linear operators for certain normalized analytic functions. Some of our results improve and generalize previously known results.

Content available remote Certain subordination results on the convolution of analytic functions
EN
In this paper, certain subordination results on the convolution of finite number of analytic functions are derived. Our results include a sufficiency condition for convexity of the convolution of analytic functions fi satisfying [wzór].

In this paper, we obtain some subordination and superordination-preserving results of the generalized Srivastava-Attyia operator. Sandwich-type result is also obtained.

The aim of this paper is to introduce two new classes of analytic function by using principle of subordination and the Dziok-Srivastava operator. We further investigate convolution properties for these calsses. We also nd necessary and sufficient condition and coefficient estimate for them.

Content available remote A class of univalent functions involving a differentio-integral operator
EN
This paper focuses on a generalized linear operator Im which is a combination of both differential and integral operators. Involving this operator, a class Tsk(...) with respect to k-symmetric points is defined. Results based on coefficient inequalities and bounds for this class are obtained. Various integral representations and some consequent results for TS(...) class are also determined. Further, results on partial sums are discussed.

In this paper, we obtain sufficient condition involving coefficient inequalities for f(z) to in the class [...] of analytic functions defined in the open unit disk and satisfying the analytic criterion [...]. Our main result contain some interesting corollaries as special cases.

Content available remote On a starlikeness of order α condition for meromorphic m-valent functions
EN
The aim of the paper is to provide sufficient conditions for starlikeness of order α for meromorphic m-valent functions in the punctured disc. The present work is based on some results invoving differential subordinations.

Content available remote Applications of a first order differential subordination for analytic functions
EN
In the paper, we define classes of analytic functions, in terms of subordination. By using Jack's Lemma and the Briot-Bouquet differential subordination we obtain some inclusion relations for defined classes.

Content available remote A new class of analytic functions based on Ruscheweyh derivative
EN
In this paper we introduce a new class [formula/wzór] consisting of analytic functions with negative coeffcients and investigate various properties and characterization of the class. The results include coeffcient estimates, distortion theorem, closure theorems and integral operators for the class [formula/wzór]. Also radii of close-to-convexity, starlikeness and convexity are determined.

In this paper we present some properties for the analytic functions in the open unit disc U defined by an integral operator.

Using the Wrigh's generalized hypergeometric function, we introduce a new class W(q, s; A, B, γ) of analytic functions with nega-tive coefficients. In this paper we investigate coefficient estimates, distortion theorem and the radii of convexity and starlikeness.

Content available remote Multidimensional Riemann-Hilbert type problems in Leibniz algebras with logarithms
EN
Riemann-Hilbert type problems in Leibniz algebras with logarithms have been studied in PR[8] (cf. Chapter 14). These problems correspond to such classical problems when the Cauchy transformation is an involution. It was shown that this involution is not multiplicative. On the other hand, in the same book equations with multiplicative involutions were considered. These results can be applied to equations with an involutive transformation of argument, in particular, to equations with transformed argument by means of a function of Carleman type. Riemann-Hilbert type problems with an additional multiplicative involution in commutative Leibniz algebras with logarithms are examined in PR[13]. Results obtained there can be applied not only to problems with a transformation of argument but also to problems with the conjugation (in the complex sense). In the present paper there are considered similar problems in several variables with Riemann- Hilbert condition posed on each variable separately. For instance, these problems correspond in the classical case to problems for polyanalytic functions on polydiscs (cf. HD[1], Ms[1).
