Przedstawiono analizę efektów zmian w obrotach przedsiębiorstwa Orion w okresie retrospektywnym, obejmującym IV kwartał 1996 r. I, II, III, i IV kwartał 1997 r. oraz I i II kwartał 1998 r.

To mark off significant spheres of factors influencing company's profits, a method of chain principles is used, which is besed on increasing forms decomposition. Because the company under examination is present in four markets, where it sells five products, the analysis of partial effects of changes in its profits is carried out within a three dimensional trade systems. For each quarter of the retrospective period an interpretation is provided, which characterizes market capacity, market absorptive power, relative attraction of products, purchasing level and product competitiveness. In the second part of the paper, partial effects of changes in the profits of Orion company, gained from production of photographic albums in the retrospective period, comprising the 4 th quarter of 1996, from the 1 st to 4 th quarters of 1997, the 1 st and 2 nd quarters of 1998, have been determined.
