The aim of the article is taking a closer look at the problems concerning technical condition assessment with regard to correctness of project goals of structures metal-glass facade. Made is reference to the manner of their execution and proper functioning. The issue of accordance to good engineering practice of adapting changes in the system and adjusting the fitted solutions as reccomended by the producers. Above mentioned issues were dealt with given an example of high-rise building with applied curtain wall and a residential building where a filling structure is mounted.

Omówiono możliwości wyciskania metodą CONFORM kształtowników pełnych i pustych z aluminium i jego stopów ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem jakości otrzymywanych wyrobów. Badaniami objęto wyciskanie masywnych kształtowników pełnych oraz rur jedno- i wielootworowych w układzie wyciskania promieniowego i stycznego. Wsadem do wyciskania była walcówka oraz odpady wyrobów w ramach recyklingu. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań opracowano założenia technologiczne produkcji różnorodnych wyrobów stosowanych w przemyśle kablowym, chłodniczym i samochodowym.

The article presents the possibilities of the CONFORM extrusion process of full and empty sections from aluminum and his alloys with the special regard of the product quality. The research related to massive full sections and pipes in the arrangement of the radial and tangent extrusion. In this process the batch was a rod and the wastes of products within the of the recycling. Conducted investigations made possible the technological foundations study of the production of varied articles applied in the cable, cooling and car industry.
