W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań własności mechanicznych i plastycznych drutu ze stopu CuAg15P5 po wyżarzaniu i ciągnieniu. Wyżarzanie prasówki o średnicy 3,0 mm w zakresie temperatur 500'550°C pozwala na otrzymanie materiału, który można odkształcać na zimno na drodze ciągnienia z maksymalnym gniotem sumarycznym 75 %. Wyżarzanie prasówki w tym zakresie temperatur powoduje homogenizację struktury, która korzystnie wpływa na plastyczność stopu.

The results of the investigations of the mechanical and plastic properties of the wire from the alloy CuAg15P5 after annealing and drawing were introduced in the paper. Annealing of extruded wire with diameter 3.0 mm in the range of temperatures 500÷550°C allows to receive the material, which can be deformed by means of the cold drawing with maximum total reduction 75 %. Annealing of the extruded wire in this range of temperatures results in the homogenization of the structure which influences the plasticity of the alloy profitably.

W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań wpływu temperatury wyżarzania i stopnia odkształcenia stopu CuAg15P5 na strukturę. Zaprezentowano również wyniki badań rentgenostrukturalnych stopu CuAg15P5 po odlewaniu i wyciskaniu oraz wyniki badań mikrostrukturalnych po odlewaniu, wyciskaniu, wyżarzaniu prasówki i ciągnieniu.

In the work results of investigations of the influence of the temperature of annealing and the degree of the deformation of the CuAg15P5 alloy on the structure have been presented. The results of the X-ray investigations of the CuAg15P5 alloy after casting and extrusion and the results of microstructure investigations after casting, extrusion, the annealing of the extruded wire and drawing have also been shown.
