We propose two relatively simple and effective procedures for creating neuro-fuzzy Takagi-Sugeno-Kang model and for tuning of TSK model parameters together with the rule-base structure optimisation. The main advantage of the first method is that the initial structure and parameters are set properly, so we need a few training iterations for the neural network representation of our model to converge. In the second approach the most important is rule reduction procedure -annihilation and fusion incorporated in a genetic optimisation algorithm. Numerical examples are provided.

Zaproponowano dwie proste metody tworzenia neuro - rozmytych modeli typu Tkagi-Sudeno-Kanga, strojenia ich parametrów i optymalizacji bazy reguł decyzyjnych. Pierwsza metoda pozwala na utworzenie wyjściowej struktury modelu obarczonej stosunkowo niewielkim błędem, co znacznie zmniejsza liczbę koniecznych iteracji algorytmu uczącego. W drugim podejściu wykorzystano operatory redukcji reguł - anihilację i fuzję wkomponowane w pseudo-bakteryjny algorytm genetyczny optymalizacji modelu. Przedstawiono przykłady ilustrujące właściwości obu metod.

This paper presents a method for discovering the parameters of fuzzy system for modelling of discontinuous dependence. Pseudo-bacterial genetic algorithm (PBGA) was used for tuning of membership functions and for simplification of fuzzy model structure. New type of consequents of Sugeno type fuzzy system is proposed which contains information about fault line. The shape of the edge is detected by using Kirsch Operator. The obtained results show effectiveness of the proposed method.

W artykule zaprezentowano metodę określania parametrów systemu rozmytego zastosowanego do modelowania nieciągłości. Do strojenia funkcji przynależności i określenia struktury modelu rozmytego użyty został algorytm pseudo-bakteryjny (PBGA). Zaproponowane zostały też nowe następniki, które zawierają informację o krawędzi nieciągłości wykrytej za pomocą operatora Kirscha. Otrzymane wyniki pokazują skuteczność zaproponowanej metody.
