W artykule scharakteryzowano kluczowe obszary organizacji sektora TSL (transport – spedycja – logistyka) podlegające diagnozowaniu w celu określenia stopnia gotowości do wdrożenia systemu zarządzania transportem. Sformułowano model diagnostyczny dla wybranych kryteriów oceny oraz algorytm pozwalający ustalić zakres niezbędnych zmian procesowych, organizacyjnych i technologicznych przed implementacją systemu, co w efekcie umożliwia wyznaczenie kolejności wdrożeń.

This article characterizes the key areas in the organization that usually require change management prior to Transport Management System (TMS) deployment. Proposed diagnostic process enables assessment of organization's level of readiness to implement new system. Based on the selected assessment criteria diagnostic model was formulated allowing scope evaluation for mandatory process, organizational and technological changes. By applying an algorithm to all diagnosed areas across multiple organizations it is possible to prioritize these that are most prepared and need minimum process, structure or infrastructure changes. End result will allow more efficient TMS implementation on a global scale.

W pracy przedstawiono metodykę diagnozowania układu hydraulicznego kombajnu do zbioru zbóż Bizon Z058, w której wykorzystano analizę przebiegu ciśnienia oleju hydraulicznego w układzie. Na podstawie wykonanych serii eksperymentów diagnostycznych dla podstawowych stanów niezdatności, wyznaczono relacje diagnostyczne w postaci: "jeżeli symptom to stan niezdatności". Badania weryfikacyjne, wykonane w warunkach eksploatacyjnych, potwierdziły słuszność pozyskanych relacji diagnostycznych, jak również przydatność prezentowanej metody do diagnozowania stanu technicznego układu hydraulicznego.

The paper contains the diagnosing methodology of the hydraulic system of a combine harvester Bizon Z058, where the pressure time courses analysis of hydraulic oil in the system was used. On the basis of the diagnostic experiments carried out, including identification of the particular diagnostic symptoms (pressure courses in the hydraulic system), the diagnostic relations in the form of "if symptom then non-operational state" for the main non-operational states were established. The verifying research, carried out in the exploitation conditions, confirmed rightness of received diagnostic relations, and usefulness of the presented method for diagnosing of the technical state of the hydraulic system as well.
