W związku ze stale zwiększającym się ruchem lotniczym, problem doboru odpowiedniego miejsca lądowania statku powietrznego w sytuacji braku możliwości przyziemienia na lotnisku docelowym staje się coraz bardziej istotny. Artykuł przedstawia wyniki analizy elementów mających wpływ na bezpieczeństwo i płynność ruchu podczas wykonywania operacji awaryjnego lądowania statku powietrznego w rejonie lotniska. W artykule zaprezentowano niezbędne elementy infrastruktury lotniskowej mające wpływ na bezpieczne przyziemienie samolotu, jak również zaprezentowano podstawowe elementy mające wpływ na wystąpienie awaryjnego lądowania.

Due to the steadily increasing air traffic, the problem of selection of the appropriate landing of the aircraft in the absence of the possibility of a touchdown at the destination airport is becoming increasingly important. The article presents the results of the analysis of elements affecting safety and traffic flow during the operation of an aircraft emergency landing at the airport. The article presents the essential elements of airport infrastructure affecting the safe touchdown the aircraft, as well as presents the basic elements that affect the occurrence of an emergency landing.

International experience has shown that external hazards (e.g. aircraft crash, flooding) can be safety significant contributors to the risk in case of nuclear power plants` operation. This is due to the fact that such hazards have the potential to reduce simultaneously the level of redundancy by damaging redundant systems or their supporting systems. In this paper, the procedure for the external hazard aircraft crash is described In more detail, starting with the screening procedure in order to determine scope and content of the assessment and the approach for those cases where a full scope analysis has to be performed. The consideration regarding this hazard does as not cover an intended aircraft crash.
