Catalytic oxidation of selected hydrocarbons (methane, n-hexane and toluene) over perovskite monolithic catalysts on metallic supports was tested. Catalysts varied in the active phase composition (LaMnO3 - alone or with addition of silver and LaCoO3) and its content in the catalyst. LaCoO3 catalyst exhibited the highest combustion efficiency of methane. The most active in the process of n-hexane and toluene oxidation was La0,75Ag0.25MnO3-type catalyst, containing the highest addition of silver (25 atom.%) and of the highest content of active ingredient (27 wt.%).
