The article presents the issues of the influence of the process management on quality in a pro-quality management organization - as a process that supports achievement of organization's aims through elaboration of an ideology helpful in implementation of coherent strategies and foundations of a firm. It was confirmed that every organization willing to assure its survival and development has to change it-self, master its processes, structure and culture of working and adjust them to external requirements re-sulting from diversity of environment
