Artykuł przedstawia pojęcie społecznego budownictwa oddolnego, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem kooperatyw mieszkaniowych w kontekście miasta Zurych, oraz opisuje współpracę jej członków z władzami miasta w celu stworzenia dostępnej i atrakcyjnej zabudowy mieszkaniowej, dopasowanej do konkretnych potrzeb przyszłych lokatorów. Proces tworzenia budynków kooperatyw mieszkaniowych został przeanalizowany na podstawie dwóch unikatowych przykładów osiedli w Zurychu. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie czynników definiujących wysoką jakość zamieszkania w mieście oraz prezentacja procesu realizacji kooperatyw mieszkaniowych. Przyjęta metodologia polegała na połączeniu analizy tekstów źródłowych oraz ocenie empirycznej.

The article presents the concept of bottom-up social housing, emphasising on housing cooperatives in the context of the city of Zurich and describes the cooperation of its members with the city authorities in order to create accessible and attractive housing, tailored to the specific needs of future tenants. The process of creating housing cooperatives has been analyzed on the basis of two unique examples of housing estates in Zurich. The aim of the article is to present the factors that define the high quality of living in the city and to present the process of implementing housing cooperatives. The adopted methodology was based on a combination of the analysis of source texts and empirical evaluation.

The aim of this chapter is to present, based on an analysis of collected monthly, quarterly and annual statistics, the changeover thirteen years in the capacity of airports in three European countries with the largest gross domestic product: Switzerland, Norway and Luxembourg. In these countries the airports with the highest number of passengers are located in Zurich, Gardermoen and Luxembourg City. Zurich-Kloten International Airport with 31.1 million passengers in 2018, Oslo-Gardermoen International Airport with 28 million passengers served in 2018 and Luxembourg International Airport as the only airport in Luxembourg with 1.9 million visitors in 2018. On the basis of selected airports and the annual, quarterly and monthly statistics, it is possible to determine the capacity situation at given airports and in which periods airports are least and most occupied by passengers.

Podczas pobytu w Szwajcarii warto pojechać do Zurychu, największego miasta tego kraju, i zwiedzić prawdziwy ogród chiński. Zlokalizowany jest on przy Bellerivestrasse koło Zürichhon (róg Jeziora Zuryskiego) i dostępny dla zwiedzających od końca marca do połowy października.

Omówiono problemy transportowe występujące w dużych miastach, historię wykorzystywania tramwajów towarowych do przewozu ładunków (Drezno, Zurych i Wiedeń) oraz projekt wykorzystania tramwaju towarowego w Monachium. Przedstawiono zalety i wady takich rozwiązań oraz wskazano, że istnieje możliwość zastosowania takiego transportu w Polsce.

Transportation problems appearing in big cities, history of applications of freight trams (Dresden, Zurich, Vienna) and project of application of freight tram in Munich are described. Advantages and disadvantages of such solutions are presented and possibilities of applications of that kind of transport in Poland indicated.
