Being a member of social media channels involves the use of many engagement activities, including reposting content, commenting on posts and expressing interest. Online user engagement has been proposed to encourage various positively-valenced interactions between consumers and online brands, with electronic Word-Of-Mouth being one of the most significant. Despite the extensive research that has been carried out in the field of social media, the number of quantitative studies exploring the effects of the various factors that affect the performance of a social media channel is still limited. This study examines the relationship between online user engagement and eWOM, also addressing the effects on user interaction advertisement results. The data set was provided by a large YouTube music channel and, in contrast with other similar studies, the data extracted from YouTube analytics that represent actual user values. All insights were selected from a 6-year period. During this time, almost 500 music videos were uploaded. In total, 83 831 subscribers were included in the data set. Statistical analyses showed that user engagement significantly affects eWOM. Accordingly, the role of eWOM in organic results, such as views and number of subscribers, was verified. Finally, a significant mediating role of eWOM in the relationship between user engagement and advertisement results was reported. The results of the current study are highly important for administrators of social media video channels, as they provide enough information on how to develop their promotional strategy and how to best manage the content they want to upload.

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie możliwości wykorzystania mediów społecznościowych do rozwoju i promocji mikroprzedsiębiorstw. We wstępie zostały scharakteryzowane mikroprzedsiębiorstw a oraz obawy z którymi się obecnie borykają. Następnie została przedstawiona definicja mediów społecznościowych. Przedstawiono wyniki badań dotyczących korzystania z mediów społecznościowych przez mikroprzedsiębiorstwa. W oparciu o studia literaturowe została przeprowadzona analiza możliwości wykorzystania mediów społecznościowych w rozwoju i promocji mikroprzedsiębiorstw.

The aim of this paper is to present the possibilities of using social media for the development and promotion of micro-enterprises. In the introduction we were characterized micro-enterprises and their concerns. Then was presents the definition of social media. Presented the results of studies on the use of social media by micro-enterprises. Based on the literature studies carried out an analysis of the possibilities of using the social media for the development and promotion of micro-enterprises.

In this article, analysis was conducted on companies involved in production and trade of information goods. The research offers insight into methods of conducting business in information goods sector, which involves intellectual products such as, video tutorials, templated 3d models etc. related to professional graphics software packages, in this case Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4d. The paper explores how firms make use of special economic strategies, as described by Varian and Shapiro, particularly useful for trade in intellectual property products. An attempt was carried out to establish a connection between the number of strategies used by companies, and the number of potential clients which determine the success of a company. For that purpose a proxy system was contrived. The YouTube search engine was used as a way of finding required companies.

The article presents the author study, the aim of which is to define the thematic scope of resources employed in research of NASA scientists and give them the appropriate rank. The value ranks were determined by the functions performed by various divisions, highlighting their importance from the point of view of the Internet user. As a result, this article presents the partition of a set of resources due to the leading topic of animation and describes the significance of the collection to the public in of scientific, economic, cultural and social context. The object of analysis were visualizations available on the official YouTube channel: NASA Goddard. The research was carried out on the basis of a subscription channel organization in the server, the articles posted on the website of NASA and the scientific publications of the team members. The first stage of this work was to see the English-language films, to make their translation and to identify the thematic groups, called the work levels. Elements forming interpreted resource were classified employing the deductive method, where the levels of higher (general) order were divided into lower order levels with a certain degree of detail.
