A Ni(II) dithiocarbamates with the tridentate P,P,P-ligand of composition [Ni(pe2dtc)(triphosI)]X (triphosI = C34H33P3 = bis(2-diphenylphosphinoethyl) phenylphosphine, pe2dtc = dipentyldithiocarbamate, X = Cl, PF6, ClO4), [Ni(bz2dtc)(triphosI)]X (bz2dtc = dibenzyldithiocarbamate, X = Cl, PF6) and [Ni(cetdtc)(triphosI)]X (cetdtc = cyclohexylethyldithiocarbamate, X = Cl, PF6, BPh4, ClO4) have been synthesized and studied by thermal analysis, IR and UV/VIS spectroscopy, 31P{1H}-NMR spectroscopy, magnetochemical and conductivity measurements. All complexes are diamagnetic, 1:1 electrolytes. X-ray structural analysis was solved for the [Ni(pe2dtc)(triphosI)]PF6 and [Ni(bz2dtc)(triphosI)]PF6; the presence of NiS2P3

A binuclear diamagnetic Ni(II) dithiocarbamates with 1,6-bis(diphenylphosphino)hexane (dpph) as a bidentate bridging P,P-ligand of composition [Ni2(_-dpph)(hmidtc)2X2] (hmidtc = hexamethyleneiminedithiocarbamate, dtc = S2CN-, X = Cl, Br, I, ClO4, NCS); [Ni2(_-dpph)(cetdtc)2X2] (cetdtc = cyclohexylethyldithiocarbamate, X = Cl, Br, I, NCS) and also the mononuclear diamagnetic complex [Ni(cetdtc)(dpph)]ClO4_2H2O have been synthesized. The complexes have been studied by elemental analysis, IR and UV-VIS spectroscopy, thermal analysis, magnetochemical and conductivity measurements. X-ray structural analysis was solved for the [Ni2(_-dpph)(hmidtc)2Br2]_2CHCl3 and confirmed the presence of two NiS2PBr chromophores bonded by the P-donor atoms of 1,6-bis(diphenylphosphino)hexane.

Non-symmetrically substituted Ni(II)dithiocarbamate complexes with NiS2P2 chromophore of composition [Ni(bziprdtc)(PPh3)2]X, [Ni(bziprdtc)(PPh3)2]BPh4_3H2O (bziprdtc- = benzylisopropyldithiocarbamate, PPh3 = triphenylphosphine, BPh4 _ = tetraphenylborate, X = ClO4 _ , PF6 _ ), [Ni(cetdtc)(PPh3)2]X, [Ni(cetdtc)(PPh3)2]PF6, [Ni(cetdtc)(PBut3)2]X (cetdtc- = cyclohexylethyldithiocarbamate, PBut3 = tributylphosphine, X = ClO4 _ , BPh4 _ ) have been isolated. These complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV-VIS spectroscopy, thermal analysis, magnetochemical and conductivity measurements. X-ray structural analysis of [Ni(bziprdtc)(PPh3)2]ClO4_0.5H2O confirms the NiS2P2 chromophore with a slightly distorted square arrangement around the central atom.

Ni(II)morpholinedithiocarbamate complexes with P,P-ligands in the coordination sphere of composition [Ni(morphdtc)(P,P)]X and [Ni2(morphdtc)2X2(P,P)], resp. [(X = NCS-, ClO4 _, I-; P,P = 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane (dppe), 1,4-bis(diphenylphosphino) butane (dppb), 1,6-bis(diphenylphosphino)hexane (dpph), 1,1_-bis(diphenylphosphino) ferrocene (dppf); morph = C4H8O; dtc = S2CN-)] have been isolated. These complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV-VIS spectroscopy, thermal analysis, magnetochemical and conductivity measurements. X-ray structural analysis of [Ni(morphdtc)(dppf)]ClO4_C2H5OH confirms the NiS2P2 chromophore with a slightly distorted square arrangement around central atom.

This paper presents the results of the investigations of oxide (Cr2O3, Al2O3, ZrO2) and carbide (Cr3C2, W2C) coatings as applied onto the steel substrate by the plasma spraying method and subsequently remelted. Diverse methods of remelting were used in the experiments - the single and repeated treatments with the continuous microplasma arc, the impulsive remelting technique and TIG method. The coatings were examined both prior to, and after the thermal treatment with the use of light an scanning microscopy, X-ray structural analysis, and the measurements of surface roughness. A reduction of surface roughness, an increase in intensities of diffraction lines and a densification of ceramic and bond layers as a result of reduction of porosity and voids, were observed.
