W artykule opisano most przez rzekę Wisłę w Wyszogrodzie, zbudowany w 1916 r. i użytkowany do wybuchu wojny w 1939 r., na podstawie wzmianek w literaturze, dawnych pocztówek i fotografii oraz wiadomości prasowych. Most odegrał rolę w militarnych operacjach pierwszej wojny światowej oraz podczas wojny Polski ze Związkiem Sowieckim w 1920 r. Stalowa konstrukcja na drewnianych podporach doznała poważnych uszkodzeń z powodu pochodu lodów w 1924 r. i powodzi w 1934 r. Omówiono rozwiązania projektowe zastosowane w czasie budowy oraz podczas modernizacji mostu w latach 1925–1928.

The article describes the bridge over the Vistula River at the city of Wyszogród, built in 1916 and used until the war in 1939 started. It is based on the references from the literature, old post cards, photographs and press news. The bridge played a role during military operations of World War I and the war between Poland and Soviet Union in 1920. Steel bridge superstructure on timber supports was seriously damaged by ice in 1924 and by flood in 1934. The questions concerning design solutions used for construction and during modernization of the bridge in the years 1925–1928 were presented.

Na podstawie wzmianek w literaturze i dawnych fotografii opisano historię zburzenia mostu przez Wisłę w Wyszogrodzie podczas II wojny światowej w 1939 r. Most zbudowany w 1916 r. dla armii niemieckiej był utrzymywany przez 20-lecie międzywojenne. Świadkami zniszczenia mostu byli m.in. pilot lekkiego bombowca PZL-23 „Karaś” i załoga ścigacza rzecznego KU-30. Wydobycie konstrukcji stalowej mostu z koryta Wisły opisano na podstawie fotografii wykonanych przez żołnierzy niemieckich oraz historii holownika „Lubecki” użytego przez Niemców do wywozu wraków mostu.

The history of destruction of the bridge over the Vistula River in Wyszogród during the Second World War in 1939 is described on the basis of accounts found in literature and old photographs. The bridge was built in 1916 for the German army and was maintained during the interwar period. The pilot of the PZL-23 „Karaś” light bomber and the crew of the KU-30 river speedboat were witnesses of the moment of destruction of the bridge. Removal of the bridge steel structure wrecks from the bottom of river by the German forces is described on the basis of photographs taken by soldiers and the history of the „Lubecki” tug used by the Germans to transport the steel wrecks.

Tymczasowy most przez rzekę Wisłę w Wyszogrodzie, odbudowany w 1946 i użytkowany do 1999 roku, opisano na podstawie wzmianek w literaturze, dawnych fotografii, wiadomości prasowych i wspomnień inżynierów zaangażowanych w proces jego utrzymania. Każdej wiosny most na drewnianych podporach był broniony przed pochodem lodów na Wiśle, ale pomimo tego doznał poważnych uszkodzeń w latach 1947, 1954, 1966, 1971, 1987 i po raz ostatni w 1993 roku. Omówiono rozwiązania projektowe zastosowane w wielokrotnych odbudowach i podczas modernizacji mostu w latach 1961–1967.

The paper presents the most interesting Bridges in New York. The BrooThe article describes a temporary bridge over the Vistula River at the city of Wyszogród, rebuilt in 1946 and used until 1999. It is based on the references from the literature, old photographs, press news and memories of the engineers involved in its maintenance. Every spring the bridge with timber supports was defended against ice floating down the Vistula River, but still suffered serious damages in the years 1947, 1954, 1966, 1971, 1987 and for the last time in 1993. The article also answers the questions concerning design solutions used in multiple reconstructions and during modernization of the bridge in the years 1961–1967.
