The authors, analysing NATO logistic modern principles and standards, see the necessity of our Armed Forces “logistic support”, Air Force logistics including. The first part of the article stresses the Polish Air Force participation conditions in “operations other than war”, i.e. in Combined Joint Task Forces - CJTF, recognised as the most complex and new for our Armed Forces operational requirements. Fulfilling these requirements, according to the authors may take place as a result of new legal regulations on different levels (inside the Armed Forces, state and international, with international and non-governmental organisations) and including lawyers into logistics staffs. The second part of the article presents the structure of legal NATO documents on the background of the process interpretation and standardisation levels.
