At work conditions enabling the flockulation process, connected with the necessity to reduce of repelling forces value which appears between particles of the solid body were introduced and basic sizes and notions were defined. An attempt of working out the dynamic quantitative model based on population balance was carried out. In the model the opposed effects of agglomeration, cracking and erosion for forming flocks were taken into consideration.
