W artykule przedstawiono przekrawacz pomocniczy z rotującym nożem Hyper Blade – firmy BHS Corrugated. W sposób kompleksowy opisano jego funkcje, układ napędowy, komunikację, diagnostykę podzespołów elektrycznych oraz układy mechaniczne. Zwrócono uwagę na udoskonalenia części suszącej tekturnicy (Dry-End), bazując na rozwiązaniach firmy BHS Corrugated.

The article presents the sensors of a rotary cutter as an important element of control systems in the field of drive and control technology. The author considers this topic important because defects or faults of these systems introduce serious losses in production. The work shows the directions and the future trend of one of the most important modules of the corrugator. The problem of power supply and shielding of sensor cables as well as service works were indicated. The changes that have been made in the recent period of time are presented. This article is based on a development version at BHS Corrugated.
