The impact of Free Trade Agreement (FTA) on commercial business of the member could be assessed by the potential and tangible effects. This paper is adopted by Partial equilibrium theory and SMART tool to measure the impact of EVFTA on the Vietnamese meat import (HS code 02). The result of this model is claimed that EVFTA has a huge impact on boosting the meat import from EU to Vietnam. However, the value of import in this category from European nations in each country and good fluctuated significantly. This study also proposes some measures for domestic businesses and the government to ensure the benefits on Vietnam’s livestock industry. Last but not least, meat quality management is one of vital issues under EFVTA and global competitiveness to meet higher expectation of consumers. Good food (meat) manufacturing practices need to be applied. That is the social contribution value of this paper.

The purpose of the study is to form a methodology for strategic management of invest-ment and innovation activities in environmentally safe nature management based on the analysis of world experience. The study's methodological approach is based on the step-by-step SMART-research, economical-ecological analysis, systematic investment and innovation activities assessment, PESTLE-, SWOT-analyzes, and definition of ecologically safe strategies.The proposed study formulates the author's vision of combining methods of foresight methodology in the field of environmentally safe land management, SMART-method and Quintuple Helix (5 helix) for sustainable development of methodology for strategic management of investment and innovation activities in the field of environmentally safe land management. Furthermore, the proposed methodological approach will promote the development of applied tooling to develop systems of strategic management of investment and innovation activities of environmentally safe land management.In contrast to the existing methodological approaches in land relations, the developed methodology of strategic management of investment and innovation activities in ecologically safe land management is based on a comprehensive combination and use of foresight tooling.

Celem artykułu jest wypracowanie metodologii strategicznego zarządzania działalnością inwestycyjną i innowacyjną w zakresie bezpiecznego ekologicznie użytkowania gruntów w oparciu o analizę doświadczeń światowych. Metodyczne podejście do badań opiera się na stopniowym przeprowadzaniu badań SMART, analizie ekonomiczno-ekologicznej, systematycznej ocenie działalności inwestycyjno-innowacyjnej, analizie PESTLE, analizie SWOT, definiowaniu strategii bezpiecznych ekologicznie. Badania opierają się na zintegrowanym podejściu do łączenia metodologii foresight w zakresie przyjaznego środowisku użytkowania gruntów. Proponowana koncepcja uwzględnia priorytety zrównoważonego rozwoju w kontekście współczesnych trendów Green Deal. Zaproponowane podejście metodologiczne będzie promować rozwój narzędzi systemów zarządzania strategicznego dla działalności inwestycyjnej i innowacyjnej w zakresie przyjaznego środowisku użytkowania gruntów.Opracowana metodyka strategicznego zarządzania działalnością inwestycyjną i innowacyjną w zakresie bezpiecznego ekologicznie użytkowania gruntów, w przeciwieństwie do dotychczasowych podejść metodycznych, opiera się na kompleksowym połączeniu i wykorzystaniu narzędzi foresight.

The Negotiation Support Systems often implement multiple criteria decision aiding (MCDA) techniques for building a negotiation scoring system. Those formal models should meet the needs, motivations, expectations, and cognitive abilities of users. In this paper, we try to explore the effects of decision maker’s subjective perception of ease of use, time requirements, interface, preference representation, and efficiency of a particular MCDA method on the choice regarding the future use of this method. The multinomial logistic regression model is built and analysed. The analysis is based on data from online decision making experiments, where three MCDA methods were implemented, i.e. AHP, SMART, and TOPSIS. The study provides several interesting findings, concerning the behavioural aspects of multiple criteria decision aiding in software support systems. Most of the users recommended TOPSIS as the best one for supporting decisions in the future. This is a fast technique, for which we used an attractive graphical interface, suggesting that these factors play a crucial role in the users’ choices. However, the causative regression model showed that the user’s positive experience in using a particular method, i.e. its effectiveness in solving an exemplary numerical case, has the highest impact on the method’s choice for future use. The second most important factor is the adequacy in representing the user’s preferences by this method. We show, however, that the strengths of effects and their significance may vary across the methods. Understanding the decision maker’s evaluations of the MCDA techniques may help build a cognitive negotiation support system that satisfies the user’s expectations.

The paper describes the magnetomechanical properties of magnetostrictive composites containing a 70% volume fraction of Terfenol-D powder. Except for a reference specimen, composites were subjected to polarization during curing of the resin. The results of tests showed that polarization, its direction and type have an effect on the properties of the produced composites. The highest values of magnetostriction from the manufactured composite samples were obtained for the perpendicularly polarized specimen. For a pre-stress of 7 MPa the strain amounted to 720 ppm. The results indicate that the magnetostriction of the composite increases owing not only to the proper crystallographic orientation of the material, which is usually [1 1 2], but also to the proper preparation of the specimen in this case through polarization.

Proponowane rozwiązanie obejmuje zwiększenie liczby kryteriów porównywania produktów oraz zaadoptowania metod wielokryterialnej analizy decyzyjnej do uzyskania najlepszych wariantów decyzyjnych z punktu widzenia użytkownika serwisu.

When considering factors originating from the subject of the decision, the main focus was on case studies which support applying a particular method to a given problem - price comparison in the Internet.
