In the context of increasingly extensive international integration, the 4th industrial revolution is expanding to all areas of production. That is increasingly expanding and putting into practice, the sustainable development (SD) of enterprises of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) depends greatly on the management capacity of the team of administrators in the enterprise. The study selected research scope in Vietnam, to survey of 316 SMEs of different business sectors and territories. The study results showed that, the role of management capacity for the SD (SD) of SMEs in Vietnam very important, the influence level of management capacity has a greater than other factors as: State and local support policies, innovation consciousness, corporate social responsibility, finance and human resources.
The breadth first signal decoder (BSIDE) is well known for its optimal maximum likelihood (ML) performance with lesser complexity. In this paper, we analyze a multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) detection scheme that combines; column norm based ordering minimum mean square error (MMSE) and BSIDE detection methods. The investigation is carried out with a breadth first tree traversal technique, where the computational complexity encountered at the lower layers of the tree is high. This can be eliminated by carrying detection in the lower half of the tree structure using MMSE and upper half using BSIDE, after rearranging the column of the channel using norm calculation. The simulation results show that this approach achieves 22% of complexity reduction for 2x2 and 50% for 4x4 MIMO systems without any degradation in the performance.
Trwałe i zrównoważone gospodarowanie wymaga wykorzystania narzędzi zarządzania holistycznego, opartego na zachowaniu równowagi wewnętrznej (zrównoważeniu sił integrujących i różnicujących) i wykorzystaniu istniejących powiązań przyrodniczo - technicznych.

The paper presents the concept of su-stainable development (SD) management system in agricultural enterprises. Attention was drawn to the need for a systemic approach in the implementation of SD and the anal ogies to the idea of an constitutional farm. Durable and sustainable farming requires the use of holistic management tools, based on maintaining internal balance (balance of integrating and differentiating forces), and leveraging existing natural and technical relationships.
