One of main goals of modern web design is to make internet applications as attractive to users as possible. To achieve that, sites and applets become more interactive and full of visual effects but it leads to increased complexity of applications' structure and code itself and also produces more load on servers. The answer for that problems are Rich Internet Applications. In this article I will present a project involving two approaches to RIA. This project is an AJAX-J2EE web application enabling users to build and modify www sites in OpenLaszlo technology.
