A new modern large public center – building of Music Theatre – projecting and constructing at the central part of the historical city of Ryazan demands special environmental solutions, certain architectural and planning decisions, careful city scenery transformation, use of modern technologies, building materials and constructional schemes, developing of contemporary general ecology system, examining jointly earth architecture, hydrogeology maintenance of the place, city environmental preservation, project accordance with general architectural style and other town-planning characteristics of the historical city. All these problems require careful consideration.

Since 1989, when triggering the creation of market economy competition paved the way for Polish architects to new project opportunities, the needs for professional expansion and self - realization have been satisfied. Owing to research and empirical studies of historical envirinment and regional specifity - architects, or learned - proffesion specialists, can carry into effect the town planning udertaking, which is accepted by culturaly separate local proffesional circles. The main market squere complex as well as housing estate "Kalnoye" in Ryazan (Russia), have been designed and accomplished after 1989, by Polish architect, who obtained licence in Russian Federation.
