Competitive and integrated capital market in Poland as a financing tool for the development of Polish regions

The aim of this scientific article is to assess the importance of an integrated approach to the Polish capital market for financing the development of Polish regions after 2020. The result of the research will be creating an analytical integrated model of sequential organizational changes in the Polish capital market. At the theoretical level, an integrated capital market model will be created enabling the correlation of activities of the capital market participants and emphasizing the very essence of political risk management and allowing for determining their potential impact on financing the development of Polish regions’ investments. At the empirical level, the matrix method of decision of problems in the conditions of political risk was used, assuming the occurrence of the following events in the following system: determining the nature of risk, identifying activities, determining possible packages of actions within the framework of political decisions. The results of the research will enable identification of implementation options for actions, and will support implementation of the capital market development strategy. Practical application of research allows for adequate reaction to participants in the situation of organizational changes in the capital market and for showing the importance of financing the development of Polish regions.

Na rynku pracy obserwuje się zróżnicowane w poszczególnych krajach Unii zjawisko bezrobocia, które w znacznym stopniu dotyka szczególnie ludzi młodych. W artykule opisano problem młodzieży pokolenia NEET (czyli osób młodych, najczęściej między 15 a 29 rokiem życia, które nie pracują, nie uczą się ani nie podejmują żadnych szkoleń), pokazano zmianę struktury NEET i przestrzenne zróżnicowanie tej grupy młodzieży ogółem w krajach Unii oraz według płci. Przedstawiono ponadto inicjatywy i programy przygotowane przez instytucje Unii Europejskiej, wspierające młodzież i ułatwiające im wejście na rynek pracy.

The labor market is characterized by the phenomenon of unemployment in the Union countries, which is particularly affecting young people in particular. This article describes the problem of youth of the NEET generation (young people, most often between the ages of 15 and 29, who are not working, do not learn or undertake any training), broken down by EU countries and sex. It also outlines the initiatives and programs developed by the EU institutions to support young people and facilitate their entry into the labor market.

Celem publikacji jest zaprezentowanie struktury nakładów na transport w polskich regionach na tle tendencji rozwojowych infrastruktury transportu w Polsce. Badania oparto o źródła literatury przedmiotu oraz dane pozyskane z baz danych Ministerstwa Rozwoju Regionalnego.

The investments co-financed by the EU funds have enabled to raise the Polish infrastructure network quality level. There is a noticeable indicators improvement in the western and central part of Poland, especially as far as the road and air accessability is concerned. At the same time, there has been an increase of internal differences between regions. In the various transport modes in the Polish regions in 2009-2011, investments in road and rail transport have been much higher in comparison to the other modes and types of transport. Based on the available statistical data, collected throughout the Ministry of Regional Development, the paper explores the regional structure of the EU transport investments in the context of the Polish transport system development tendencies.

Spatial and technology are keys determinant of innovativenes in industry not only in Polen, but also in a much more developed countries. This research proved that a spatial, time, technology and size of industry enterprises are important in every regional innovation system. That is why this factor should be consider innovation strategies.
