The article introduces latest solutions of building realization, probabilistic approach to the planning of engineering enterprises depending on time and resources. The main part of the article was focused on computer software of the project’s management with regard of the risk elements. The most appropriate software was elaborated in this article: MS Project and Pertmaster.

Podstawowym zadaniem zarządzania projektami jest osiągnięcie wyznaczonego celu w określonym czasie i przy założonych środkach. Do osiągnięcia tego celu coraz bardziej istotnym staje się wybór odpowiedniego oprogramowania, które usprawni proces planowania i realizacji inwestycji. Niniejszy artykuł być może stanie się pomocny w doborze takiego narzędzia, które pozwoli na łatwą współpracę z innymi programami.

The main task of the project management is to achieve the appointed aim in the definite time and with precise resources. In order to do so, more and more essential becomes to choose of a proper software which would improve both the process of planning as well as implementation of investments. This article might be useful while choosing an instrument that could enable an easier cooperation with other pro-grams. Executed analysis indicated limited possibility of transferring data between the MS Project and the Pertmaster programs.

The correct analysis requires the schedule of the realization of the project to carry the analysis of resources out. The method of defining and lead of counts or network schedules with resources limited in conditions was given in the article on the basis of the Pertmaster Professional + Risk application. The method of determining the list resources, the chance to define data about every resource and determining availablity of the resource in the time was given. Special remark they turned to defining of the expense of usage of every resourcee in project. Then the method of allocating resources to the activity and the possibility to execute how many variations of the analysis of the schedule was given. Lead of the analysis of resources limited in conditions was described.
