Flexible, piezoelectric composite was made up from lead zirconate titanate (PZT) powder and poly-vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene (PVDF-HFP) copolymer. Thin layers were obtained using spin coating method. PZT/PVDF-HFPP composite samples 50/50 vol % were poled applying the electric field of 20 V/\im for 10 min. at 120 °C and next slowly cooled to room temperature under electric field. Temperature dependence of piezoelectric longitudinal (d33) coefficient was measured. Piezoelectric constant of obtained samples was about 25 pC/N and was slowly decreased in the function of increasing temperature. Microscopic pictures of surface and cross-sections are also shown.
