Dynamika zmian rynku wymusza ciągłe poszukiwanie i wdrażanie rozwiązań usprawniających w przedsiębiorstwach. Najpopularniejszą metodą doskonalenia procesów w przemyśle jest Lean Management. Lean korzysta z wielu narzędzi i technik, takich jak np.: 5S, SMED, TPM, VM, VSM. W pracy przybliżono istotę zarządzania wizualnego (ang. Visual Management - VM), jako jednego z elementów metodologii Lean. Scharakteryzowano i przedstawiono najważniejsze cele zarządzania poprzez wizualizację. Następnie opisano przypadek przedsiębiorstwa, w którym wdrożono elementy zarządzania wizualnego. Zaprezentowano przykłady konkretnych rozwiązań zastosowanych w badanej firmie i w skrócie omówiono korzyści z wdrożenia elementów zarządzania wizualnego w przedsiębiorstwie.

Dynamics of changes on the market forces enterprises to continuous searching and implementation of improving solutions. The most common method of process improvement in industry is Lean Management. Lean uses multiple tools and techniques, such as, for example: 5S, SMED, TPM, VM, VSM. The paper describes the essence of Visual Management, as one of the elements of Lean methodology. The most important objectives of management through visualization were characterized and presented. Then the case of a company which implemented visual management elements was described. The author presented examples of specific solutions used in the studied company and briefly described benefits from the implementation of elements of Visual Management in the enterprise.

W niniejszym artykule zaproponowano praktyczne wykorzystanie metod, technik i narzędzi projakościowych do doskonalenia bezpieczeństwa pracy na stanowisku operatora wózka widłowego. Głównym celem opracowania jest zaproponowanie rozwiązań dotyczących organizacji pracy zwiększających wydajność oraz bezpieczeństwo pracy na stanowisku. Danymi do analizy były wyniki oceny ryzyka zawodowego na stanowisku operatora wózka widłowego. Pozwoliło to na skupienie się. na czynnikach, które miały największy wpływ na bezpieczeństwo na stanowisku pracy. W celu wyeliminowania najbardziej niebezpiecznych czynników, zaproponowano wdrożenie metody 5S, narzędzia takiego jak listy kontrolne, oraz technik - OPL, SOP oraz SMAT. Zaprezentowano praktyczne wykorzystanie tych metod wraz z ich wizualizacją. Ponadto zaprezentowano wpływ proponowanych działań na istniejące warunki.

In the following paper practical application of pro quality methods, techniques and tools was suggested for improvement of safety of work of a forklift operator. The main goal was identification of solutions referring to work organization striving for increased efficiency and safety of work at the workstation analyzed. The data used in the analysis comprised of assessment of professional risk for a forklift operator, which enabled focusing on the factors having the greatest influence on safety at the workstation analyzed. To eliminate the factors generating the greatest danger and risk the following methods, tools and techniques were suggested: 5S, checklists, OPL, SOP and SMAT. Practical application of the methods above listed was presented, as well as their visualisation. Moreover, influence of the predefined actions on present conditions was introduced as well.

W niniejszej pracy omówiono pięć rozwiązań pozwalających na udoskonalenie systemu bezpieczeństwa w przedsiębiorstwie. W celu ograniczenia czasu przyswajania informacji, poprawiając tym samym zrozumiałość przedstawianych treści, zaproponowano zastosowanie wizualnych instrukcji. Z kolei do ograniczenia wypadków zaproponowano narzędzie 5S, które umożliwia określenie zasad ładu i porządku na stanowisku. Następnie przedstawiono system udoskonaleń na podstawie metody Kaizen oraz Poka Yoke.

In the paper five solutions, which allow to improve safety system in the enterprise, were presented. In order to revise information time, thereby improving understanding of the presented contents, visual instructions were suggested. Next, to reduce accidents it was advised to apply 5S which helps to define the rules of law and order in work place. Furthermore, a continuous improvement system based on Kaizen and Poka Yoke method was discussed.

The article presents results of research concerning rational ways of laying out the directions of Polish Armed Forces’ Air Defence (AD) troops’ development. The basic factor determining the conceptions of AD forces’ development are undoubtedly new military challenges that stimulate changes in AD environment. This thesis was generated by conclusions drawn from contemporary armed conflicts and experiences gained from Polish taskforces’ participation in stabilisation missions in Iraq and Afghanistan. The author points out the disproportions in the potential of AD assets in the Polish Armed Forces and outlines a retrospective picture of AD forces in the 21st century. Next the main deficiencies were presented of the present AD forces model of development which is generally based on forecasting threats and looking for ways to overcome them. In this context the author pays attention to the lack of interdisciplinary approach while creating the future of AD forces which should unite the efforts of all armed forces services. The author's further suggestions show the need to change the philosophy of approach as a proper point of reference in creating plans and development programmes which should include the vision of future AD forces.
