W artykule przedstawiono ocenę wszystkich rodzajów infrastruktury, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem infrastruktury technicznej (tzw. proekologicznej) na obszarze Nadnidziańskiego Parku Krajobrazowego w gminie Imielno. Inwentaryzację infrastruktury oraz ocenę stanu technicznego przeprowadzono na podstawie dokumentacji powykonawczych, wizji terenowych i badań ankietowych. Ankiety zawierały zestaw pytań dotyczących potrzeb rozwoju infrastruktury technicznej i społeczno-gospodarczej. Na rozpatrywanym obszarze prawnie chronionym w zakresie infrastruktury technicznej istnieje: sieć drogowa, wodociągowa, telekomunikacyjna, elektryczna oraz system wodno-melioracyjny. Stan infrastruktury większości rodzajów jest dobry, oprócz złego stanu dróg i systemu melioracyjnego, które wymagają okresowych napraw i konserwacji oraz prawidłowej eksploatacji. Według wypowiadających opinię mieszkańców najważniejszymi potrzebami jest budowa oczyszczalni ścieków i kanalizacji, uporządkowanie gospodarki odpadami oraz dostępność do punktów skupu i zaopatrzenia dla rolnictwa.

The paper presents an analysis of the infrastructure in the area of the Nadnidziański Landscape Park located in the Imielno commune. Ensuring satisfactory living standard for local dwellers and proper development of the commune economy including the protected area involves a suitable level of infrastructure. The stocktaking of infrastructure and evaluation of technical condition was conducted on the basis of the post-realisation documentation, inspections and questionaire reserarches. The questionaires consisted of a set of questoins concerning the needs of technical and socio-economic infrastructure's development. While the analysis of the infrastructure comprises all its kinds, it highlights its technical aspects. In the protected area there are: the water and electricity supply, land reclamation facilities, a road network and communications. The present state of infrastructure is good despite the poor condition of roads and land reclamation facilities which require the proper operation and maintenance. The inhabitants of the protected area considered the following elements of infrastructure as most needing improvement and posing biggest problems: technical infrastructure – 50,0 %, infrastructure of agriculture – 47,0 %. The surveyed dwellers of protected area considered the following problems of technical infrastructure and infrastructure of agriculture as the most important: liquidation of unlicenced landfills – 27,4 % of answers, regulating sewage management – 42,7 %, meeting local dwellers’ needs concerning services for agriculture – 46.2 %.
