Początki miejskiego układu przestrzennego Muszyny w świetle dotychczasowych ustaleń możemy wiązać z funkcjonującą już wcześniej na tym terenie strażnicą biskupią oraz lokowaną u jej podnóża przez króla Kazimierza Wielkiego około 1356 roku wsią. Artykuł ten jest próbą uzupełnienia dotychczasowego stanu naszej wiedzy odnośnie do organizacji przestrzennej i zasad budowy tutejszego miasta lokacyjnego w oparciu o zagadnienie działki siedliskowej. W efekcie przeprowadzonych badań możemy przyjąć, że w początkowym okresie organizacji miasta przyjęto zasadę kształtowania jego przestrzeni na bazie z góry przyjętego modułu w postaci powtarzalnej, stypizowanej pod względem swoich wymiarów i powierzchni parceli mieszczańskiej.

The origins of the urban spatial layout in Muszyna, in light of previous findings, can be connected to the bishop’s watchtower already functioning in the area and the village founded at the foothill by King Kazimierz Wielki around the year 1356. The article is an attempt to fill in the existing knowledge concerning spatial organisation and principles for building the chartered town based on the issue of a settlement plot. As a result of the carried out research, we can assume that during the initial period of the town organisation the principle approved for shaping its space was based on the beforehand accepted module in the form of repeatable burgher’s plot of standardized dimensions and area.

The researches made in September 2013 in 44 points allowed to perform the map of carbon dioxide concentration in soilair of Muszyna region. It were made in order to estimate groundwater resources in Andrzejówka and Milik in OG Muszynianka. These measurements are upgrading analysis from 2004. WG-2M was used as a measuring instrument. Obtained values were included between 0 and 4.5% vol. There is clearly visible, that the anomaly areas laying accordingly to the faults and it is connected to subductive carbon dioxide. It allows to designate deposits of mineral water, confirm the tectonics and finally, chose the path of further rational management policy of mineral water.

Analysis of the influence of mineral water exploitation on the variability of the selected components of mineral water is presented in this study. Results of simplified chemical analysis (4 parameters, n = 390, conducted in period 2004–2011) and full chemical analysis (21 parameters, n = 8, conducted in period 2004–2010) were analyzed. There is medium correlation (R = 0,47) between the exploitation of mineral water and concentration of HCO-3 ions. Concentration of HCO-3 ions is slight decreasing in response to decrease of the mineral water exploitation. Taking into account relatively stable CO2 flow from mantle this indicates the possibility of groundwater percolation from shallow aquifers. The concentration of HCO-3 ions in shallow aquifers is significantly lower then concentration of HCO-3 ions in deep aquifers. Influence of the mineral water exploitation on the level of the water table is negligible (R = 0,06). It is likely to indicate that occurrence additional factors, e.g., high pressure of gas (CO2 ) in aquifers or the degassing process of mineral water.

Most w Muszynie wybudowany został w rekordowym tempie, zaledwie w kilka miesięcy. Obiekt o rozpiętości 63 m i długości 65 m oddano do użytku w grudniu 2013 r. Łączny koszt budowy mostu wyniósł ponad 11 milionów złotych.

W pracy zaprezentowano wyniki badań hydrogeologicznych prowadzonych w rejonie Muszyny. Na podstawie analizy wyników badań naturalnych wypływów wód podziemnych, po uwzględnieniu budowy geologicznej i wyników badań hydrologicznych, oceniono wodonośność utworów fliszowych, co umożliwiło dyskusję na temat zmienności wodonośności na obszarze współwystępowania wód zwykłych i mineralnych.

This paper present the results of hydrogeological studies conducted in the Muszyna region. Based on the results of the analysis of natural groundwater discharges, and taking into account the geological structure and the results of hydrological studies, the water-bearing capacity of flysch rocks has been rated. This allowed discussing the water-bearing capacity in the area of drinking and mineral water co-occurrence.
