W 2011 r. przeprowadzono remont jednego z mostów wykonanych w technologii F. Hennebique'a. Wówczas częściowo odsłonięto przyczółki mostu, co pozwoliło na sformułowanie tezy o tym, że technologia F. Hennebique'a w przypadku mostów belkowych była transformacją konstrukcji drewnianych na żelbetowe. W artykule podjęto próbę wykazania tej tezy poprzez studia bibliograficzne i porównania konstrukcji mostów drewnianych z belkowymi Hennebique'a.

In the city of Lublin at the end of 2011 the restoration of one of two historic bridges made in F. Hennebique technology was completed. At those days, the structure of bridge abutments were disclosed. On this basis it was possible to formulate the following thesis: the Hennebique's technology in the case of beam RC bridges was a successful transformation of timber bridges solutions. In the paper the thesis was proof by means of historical technical documents survey and comparison of timber bridge structure and Hennebique RC bridges in Lublin.

Po ponad 10 latach starań doprowadzono do remontu jednego z dwu zabytkowych mostów zbudowanych w latach 1908 i 1909 w Lublinie przez inż. Mariana Lutosławskiego. Przedstawiono podsumowanie różnych działań i efektów remontu.

After over 10 years efforts, the general restoration of one of two historical bridges, erected in 1908 and 1909 in Lublin by Eng. Marian Lutoslawski, has been finished. Recapitulation of various actions and effects of restoration was presented.
