Adaptation of the servqual method for testing the quality of passenger air services

The aim of the paper is to present the author’s attempt to adapt the Servqual Method to study the quality attributes of passenger air services. This market is witnessing a growing dynamic of competition intensity and a distinctive trend consisting of focusing on improving the quality of the most important determinants in basic areas of this business. The method of comprehensive evaluation of this process and its consequences on the Polish market has so far not been scientifically researched. The paper attempts to fill this gap. The proposed solution consists in the introduction of a new, previously unused, research method to the system of analysis, assessment and measurement of the air services quality, which constitutes a specific contribution to the science. Innovation of its application consists in a detailed reformatting of the Servqual Method and adaptation of both tested criteria and research areas to the nomenclature, specific requirements and conditions of this service sector. Using this method, it is possible to conduct a comprehensive range of tests taking into account the correctness, effectiveness of measurement, possibility of specifying the conclusions and recommendations as well as modernity of their implementation. The research questionnaire constructed by the author serves this purpose, in which the most important criteria and research areas of the discussed scope of services have been proposed.

The creations of construction projects firstly try to achieve several specific goals. Effective projects are believed when these goals achieved. The principal concerns are to cross the downsides and defects. The stage of the performance project may be the most significant, crucial and drains of the resources through the project life cycle, its dependence on monitoring by professional in order to exceeded things blocking the path and accomplish the project plan exactly. The targets of the study are to diagnosis the actual reasons and locating the relation of mismanagement of the project execution stage and measure their influence on the cost. The study achieved and diagnoses many problems that have a negative impact on the projects management implementation as well as the effects of the cost by using many ways to reaching the target. There are 22 problems it is the main reasons that deviation the cost plus they obtain agreement level number according to Likert scale quintet.

The main aim of this paper was to identify job stressors, gender responses and association of psychosocial work stressors with prevalence of work related musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) among foundry workers. The data were obtained with ergonomics checklist using Likert scale. The results of this study showed a high prevalence of MSDs among workers. The male workers were more prone to pain in neck while the female workers were more prone to MSDs in upper back and shoulders. Correlation analysis showed significant relationship of dimensions of work aspects with pain and discomfort. It proved that the work-related MSDs are the results of interaction of multiple stressors associated with work and work environment, and other personal factors. ANOVA indicated that the perception of work aspects as stressors differed significantly between male and female workers.
