In this scientific publication, a model of a joint loader during a stroke of the bucket against a fixed obstruction was considered. For the loader model assumed, Lagrange dynamic equations of motions, which described the behaviour of the whole system prior to a stroke, were formulated. Using Lagrange equations for instantaneous forces, the value of the impulse of the force formed during a stroke of the bucket against a fixed obstruction was determined.
