The aim of the work presented in this article was to made and implement original computer software made in the LabVIEW environment. That program automate the measurement of emissions of magnetic disturbances coming from rolling stock. It is dedicated for oscilloscope card and RSAL 5340, RSAH 5324 rolling stock antennas for axle counter. The indicated algorithms of proceeding coming directly from the standards, additional own methods of fast data analysis was made. Communication between the measurement cards and computer using USB with self-power USB hab was used. The software is fully compatible with the requirements contained in the ERA/ERTMS/033281.

The cardiovascular response to orthostatic (gravitational) stress has been the focus of several researches in the past. Average values of hemodynamic variables, such as arterial pressure or heart rate are recorded during changes in posture for diagnosing orthostatic stress clinically. Different methods based on varied physical principles have been developed to measure these hemodynamic variables. Carotid artery is responsible for direction of blood flow to brain and provides a vital physiological parameter which can be used to construe cardiac information. A noninvasive system has been built in which a piezoelectric sensor is positioned on the carotid artery of the subject and carotid signals of fifteen human subjects are acquired in various body postures using application softwares. RR intervals and pulse amplitudes are computed after filtering and analyzing the carotid signal recordings using these softwares. The developed system is validated by determining the percentage change in RR interval and pulse amplitude of all the subjects which is found almost same. The technique used in the proposed system may be applied to measure and manage the orthostatic stress.

The aim of the article is to show practical possibilities of LabView application in an EPC/EMC/RFID laboratory. This paper presents advantages and disadvantages of LabView graphical development environment for controlling of test equipment in case of electromagnetic compatibility of RFID systems. As an example the applications for pulse/burst generator verification, radiated immunity test controlling and intermediate frequency analyzing for assessment of Radio Frequency Identification Technology used in logistics applications are shown.

Celem prac przedstawionych w niniejszym artykule było stworzenie aplikacji przeznaczonej do automatycznej weryfikacji aparatury wykorzystywanej do badań kompatybilności elektromagnetycznej, a dokładnie odporności na zaburzenia impulsowe. Do realizacji tego zadania wybrano pakiet LabView, który jest uniwersalnym, modułowym środowiskiem programistycznym, opartym na graficznym interfejsie użytkownika. W artykule przedstawiono analizę wymagań normatywnych, opis środowiska LabView oraz opis aplikacji weryfikacyjnej.
