Artykuł przedstawia opis remontu i częściowej odbudowy kładki pieszej łączącej Proszówki z Krzyżanowicami. Nakreśla historię obiektu i uwarunkowania jakie towarzyszyły inwestycji koniecznej po zniszczeniu w trakcie powodzi. Ten wzniesiony czynem społecznym most pieszy, dla lokalnej społeczności okazał się czymś więcej niż tylko przeprawą przez rzekę. Decyzja o ostatecznym kształcie przeprawy została podyktowana swoistym genius loci.

The article presents a description of repair and partial rebuilding of pedestrian walkway, linking Proszówki and Krzyżanowice. Paper outlines the history of the object and the circumstances that accompanied the investment which was necessary after the destruction during the flood. The bridge became something more than just the crossing of the river. The decision about final shape and form was dictated by a specific genius loci.

The increase of interest in golf playing, observed in recent years in Poland, is a reason for the growing demand for building new golf courses. It generates the need for creating an assessment methodology for the solutions used when designing and realizing golf courses. Turf value is a crucial component that affects games quality, therefore valuation of turf is very important (Turgeon, 2004). However, for many players also important are landscape values, which create a setting for playing golf. For this reason, creating a separate, universally used methodology of valuation the golf course landscape is an important aspect. The present paper shows the methodology of golf course landscape assessment by the example of the Toya Golf & Country Club – Wroclaw at Krzyżanowice. The assessment presented includes five aspects: compatibility of the golf course with the surroundings (compatibility of trees and water plants, architectonics and influence on surroundings), the harmony of design and performance (analysis of the landscape dominants used, of view axis, selection of colors and use of helioplastics), the vertical and habitant variety that includes an assessment of distribution of obstacles on a golf course, functionality (play safety and universality) and originality of solutions applied in a golf course. The aspects mentioned are assessed using a point scale and the final value is the sum of partial values.

Omówiono uwarunkowania techniczno-ekonomiczne oraz lokalizacyjne budowy obiektu w miejscu zniszczonego podczas powodzi w 1997 roku mostu tymczasowego. Przedstawiono rozwiązanie mostu wykonanego metodą betonowania nawisowego. Był to trzeci w Polsce most wykonany tą metodą w ostatnich dziesięciu latach.

Omówiono rozwiązanie konstrukcji i realizację mostów o rozpiętości przęseł 44,5 + 80,0 + 44,5 (w Krzyżanowicach) oraz 132,0 m (w Krakowie). Budowa tych obiektów stanowi potwierdzenie celowości wykorzystywania metody betonowania nawisowego w mostach o rozpiętości od około 100 do około 140 m.

Effective examples of overhang concreting technique applied to construct two bridges, the first one with spans 44,5 + 80,0 + 44,5 m (Krzyżanowice) and the second one span 132,0 m (Cracov) have been described. The construction of these objects confirm purposefulness using of overhanging concreting method for bridges with spans 100,0 up to 140,0 m.
