The topic of the consideration is a freely supported rectangular bridge plate. The aim of analyses is to determine the dynamic deflections, internal forces and couples. The plate material is concrete, characterized by isotropy, homogeneity and viscoelastic properties corresponding to Zener's model. Kirchhoff's classical plate theory has been assumed. The solution of the problem is obtained by Carson's transformation on timeless parameter τ and expanding the sought for functions into trigonometric Fourier series. Their originals are found by a new JMG's method based on residue theorem. Figure of numerically analyzed displacements Green function as an example is included.
