Dynamiczny rozwój automatyzacji procesów technologicznych implikuje zwiększenie aplikacji stacji zrobotyzowanych oraz wzrost spektrum ich zastosowań. Procesy przemysłowe wymagają interakcji pomiędzy kontrolerami robotów a urządzeniami peryferyjnymi czy elementami zarządzającymi, jak panele HMI czy sterowniki PLC, aż po systemy ERP (z ang. Enterprise Resource Planning). Generuje to konieczność rozwijania systemów komunikacji. W artykule dla przykładowego stanowiska zrobotyzowanego napisano aplikację umożliwiającą komunikację robota ABB z robotem Kawasaki. Zaproponowane rozwiązanie przetestowano na rzeczywistym stanowisku. Wynikami testu potwierdzono poprawność zaproponowanego rozwiązania.

The dynamic development of technological process automation implies increasing the application of robotic stations and increasing the spectrum of their applications. Industrial processes require interaction between robotic, and peripheral controllers, or management elements such as HMI panels or PLCs, and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). This generates the need to develop communication systems. In the article for an exemplary robotic station, an application was created which allowed the robot ABB to communicate with robot Kawasaki. The proposed solution was tested on a real station. The results of the test confirmed the correctness of the proposed solution.

The article describes current researches realized during works on development of a new robotized production cell in Laboratory of Multimotion Control. Actual state of the station progress is shown. The study on optimization of off-line Kawasaki RS005L robot programming in AS-Language and virtual simulation with use of K-ROSET software are presented. At the end the further plans of the laboratory expansion and recommended researches are indicated.
