Artykuł dotyczy analizy założeń System Karty Miejskiej, czyli elektronicznego systemu przepływu danych i środków finansowych oraz innych informacji umożliwiających pobieranie opłat. Celem prowadzonej analizy Systemu Karty Miejskiej jest optymalizacja kosztów funkcjonowania miejskiego transportu i usług oraz dokonanie szeregu czynności, aby uniknąć wielu problemów występujących przy wprowadzaniu takiego systemu. Z powodu istniejących zagrożeń nieprawnego korzystania z usług miejskich poprzez przełamywanie zabezpieczeń systemowych należy określić minimalne wymagania funkcjonalne wraz z wnikliwą analizą zakupu urządzeń systemu oraz oprogramowania systemowego i użytkowego. Taka analiza pozwoli na dużą oszczędność czasową i możliwość wprowadzenia większej ilości usług w zakresie płatności.

The article concerns the analysis of assumptions City Card system, which is an electronic system of data and financial and other information to allow charging. The aim of analysis City Card System is to optimize operating costs of urban transport and services, and make a number of steps to avoid many of the problems associated with the introduction of such a system. Because of the risks involved unlawful use of municipal services by breaking the security system should set minimum functional requirements, together with a thorough analysis of the system and the purchase of equipment system software and utility.
