The article discusses a plan of Kamieniec Podolski, hitherto unknown to Polish researchers, which is in the collection of the archives of the French Ministry of Defense and the French Armed Forces in the Chateau Vincennes, near Paris.

W zbiorach Państwowej Uniwersyteckiej Biblioteki Saksońskiej w Dreźnie (SLUB – Sächsische Landesbibliothek – Staats- und Universitätsbibliothek Dresden) znajdują się dwa rękopiśmienne, dotychczas niepublikowane w Polsce plany Kamieńca Podolskiego: pierwszy sporządził Johann Georg Starcke, drugi wykonał J. G. M. Fürstenhoff.

Among the collections of the Saxon State and University Library Dresden (SLUB – Sächsische Landesbibliothek – Staats- und Universitätsbibliothek Dresden) there are two hand-drawn maps of the Kamieniec Podolski stronghold, so far unpublished in Poland, one by Johann Georg Starcke, and the other by J. G. M. Fürstenhoff.

W artykule omówione zostały mało znane, rękopiśmienne plany Kamieńca Podolskiego. Zostały one wykonane przez Karstena Niebuhra w trakcie powrotu z jego arabskiej podróży. Plany są mało szczegółowe. Zaznaczono na nich: zamek, fortyfikacje miasta, kilka kościołów oraz ratusz.

The article discusses the little-known manuscript plans of Kamianets-Podilskyi. They were made by Carsten Niebuhr while he was returning from his trip to the Arab world. The plans are very detailed. Marked on them are: the castle, fortifications, several churches and the town hall.
