This research paper contains the plan necessary to implement the Just-in-Time method. The target of research, analysis and implementation of JiT is an enterprise producing agricultural machines, cars, etc. The concept serves as an enhancement of the information and material process. This article demonstrates the process of introducing the selected tool inside a factory. It also highlights the benefits of JiT idea.

Opracowanie zawiera plan niezbędny do wdrażania metody Just-in-Time. Obiektem badań, analizy i wprowadzania JiT jest przedsiębiorstwo produkujące maszyny rolnicze, samochody, itp. Omawiana koncepcja służy usprawnieniu procesów przepływu informacji i materiałów. W artykule przedstawiono proces wprowadzania wybranego narzędzia wewnątrz fabryki. Wyeksponowano też korzyści wynikające idei JiT.

Nadrzędnym celem zarządzania procesem transportowym jest możliwie w jak najlepszy sposób zaspokajanie potrzeb klientów poprzez nieustanną poprawę skuteczności i efektywności organizacji procesu. W związku z powyższym monitorowanie, analizowanie, projektowanie, optymalizacja, a także skuteczne i efektywne sterowanie procesem przewozowym umożliwia realizację planu dostarczenia klientowi towaru w systemie Just-In-Time. W artykule autorzy przeprowadzili badania procesu transportowego na obiekcie rzeczywistym. Również dokonali analizy wykorzystując system monitoringu, w celu usprawnienia procesu przewozowego.

The ultimate goal of managing the transport process is to meet the needs of customers in the best way possible by continuously improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization of the process. In connection with the above, monitoring, analysis, design, optimization, as well as efficient and effective control of the transportation process make it possible to implement a plan to deliver the goods to a customer in the Just-In-Time system. In the article, the authors performed research on the transport process on a real object. They also carried out an analysis using a monitoring system to streamline the transport process.

Artykuł ma na celu wskazanie możliwości ekstremalizacji kosztów w międzynarodowej obsłudze transportowej. Zasadnicza część artykułu koncentruje się wokół charakterystyki kosztów transportu, w tym ich klasyfikacji, składników tych kosztów i wskaźników oceny efektywności podsystemu transportowego. Przedstawiono również rolę EDI w obniżaniu kosztów przygotowania i realizacji procesu transportowego.

The goal of the article is showing capabilities extreme the costs in the international transport service. The essential part of the article concentrates around description of transportation costs, including their classification, their components and indexes of effectiveness estimation of transportation subsystem. The authors of the article have also shown the role of EDI system in lowering the costs of preparation and realisation of transport process.

Artykuł poświęcony jest zagadnieniu Just-in-Time – metodzie, dzięki której w przedsiębiorstwach obserwuje się zwiększanie efektywności procesów produkcyjnych. Przedstawiono istotę i główne założenia metody Just-in-Time oraz narzędzie, jakim jest kanban. Dla zobrazowania rezultatów artykuł wzbogacony został o praktyczne zastosowanie kart kanban w firmie produkcyjnej. Celem artykułu jest omówienie skutków wykorzystania metody Just-in-Time dla efektywności procesu produkcyjnego.

This article is dedicated to the issue of Just-in-Time method – by which in the enterprises there is observed increasing the efficiency of production processes. Article presents the essence and the main assumptions of the Just-in-Time method and a tool which is kanban. To illustrate the results, article has been enriched with the practical application of kanban cards in a manufacturing company. The aim of this article is to show the impact using the Just-in-Time method for the efficiency of the production process.
