W artykule zaprezentowano zmodernizowany tabor do transportu bimodalnego wykonany w oparciu o rozwiązania konstrukcyjne opracowane w Instytucie Pojazdów Szynowych w Poznaniu. Przedstawiono drugą generację konstrukcji zespołów pociągu bimodalnego: adaptera środkowego, adaptera końcowego, wózka z układem hamulcowym oraz skrzyniowej naczepy bimodalnej. Opisano zakres wykonanych badań prototypu pociągu, przeprowadzonych w Polsce oraz w Niemczech.

The modernized rolling stock for the bimodal transport performed basing on the constructional solutions worked out in the Rail Vehicles Institute in Poznań is presented in this article.The second generation of the construction of the bimodal train sets: the central adapter, the end adapter, the bogie with braking system and the bimodal box car-trailer is presented. The rangę of performed tests of the train prototype carried out in Poland and in Germany is described.

W kraju eksploatowanych jest wiele spalinowych pojazdów trakcyjnych, których silniki nie spełniają wymagań i kryteriów toksyczności spalin. W Instytucie Pojazdów Szynowych "Tabor" Poznań powstało mobilne stanowisko umożliwiające przeprowadzenie testów silników spalinowych różnego typu pojazdów trakcyjnych, W referacie przedstawiono mobilne stanowisko badawcze, jego możliwości pomiarowe oraz procedurę prowadzenia pomiarów i oceny wyników. Zaprezentowano wyniki pomiarów toksyczności spalin badanych silników lokomotyw po naprawach w zakładach naprawczych.

There are a lot of operate diesel traction vehicles in the country whose the engines don't meet the requirements and criteria of toxicity of exhaust gases. In IPS "Tabor" Poznań there is the mobile test bed that enables to carry out the tests of diesel engines of different type of the traction vehicles. In this paper the mobile test bed, its measuring possibilities and the procedure of carrying out the measurements and estimation of results is introduced. The results of the measurements of toxicity of exhaust gases of the tested diesel locomotives after repairs in the working plant are presented.
